The royal has an amazing location right on a busy square. Our room was super clean and we loved having a spacious balcony. The hotel felt quite peaceful, ideal for families enjoying their stay.

Fab stay, as always. Well appointed and fairly clean hotel in a neat building with MAGNIFICENT location. Compact and silent rooms for wardrobe, polite staff. Early check-in, parking nearby. Late check-out. Location not far from restaurants bars, 14 tram to Dam square and night life clubs/coffee shops.

I appreciated how easy it was to store my luggage before and after check-in. The comfy bed made for a great night's sleep. The hotel offers lovely relaxation spots like a cozy lounge and a refreshing rooftop terrace to unwind. The room was a bit snug, but for a quick stay, it was totally fine 😊

Would recommend for a fleeting stay

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, great location, as we enjoyed a wide variety of tasty options and an easy walk to popular nightlife spots, while the tram stop right across the street made getting around effortless.

The room was quite small and noisy, especially with loud nightlife right outside.

The location was excellent. The staff were accommodating, providing extra bedding promptly. The small room felt cramped, lacking space for comfort. Some amenities were outdated, and despite the cleanliness, more frequent updates would enhance the experience. Breakfast options were decent, but a little variety would have been appreciated.

The room was irritatingly noisy due to street traffic. The cleanliness was subpar. I noticed stains on the floor that had obviously been overlooked. The staff wasn't responsive to my complaints.

Breakfast had solid options and the beds were comfy as a cloud. Plus, access to fantastic local spots like Wagamama and The Old Bell was just a stone's throw away!

The room felt more like a cozy cupboard than a hotel, and don't get me started on the customer service-finding a clean towel was like hunting for treasure! Talk about a letdown!

I had two nights here and the room was cozy, especially the spacious shower! However, the breakfast was a letdown, the options were limited and not very tasty. Overall, I'd consider other places next time.

The hotel features an really good location making it easy to explore. The room was immaculate and included a spacious balcony that enhanced our stay. Enjoying the beautiful city view from our balcony was a highlight for us.

the shower had poor water pressure. but the eggs were so creamy! the location was perfect for walking. and the supermarket just steps away made things easy.
