the royal has an amazing location right on a busy square, making it so convenient to explore nearby attractions. our room was spotless and we loved having a spacious balcony. the hotel felt quite peaceful, which is ideal for families enjoying their stay.

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, great location, as we enjoyed a wide variety of tasty options and an easy walk to popular nightlife spots, while the tram stop right across the street made getting around effortless.

The location was outstanding, making it easy to walk to all major attractions. The staff were accommodating, providing extra bedding promptly. However, the small room felt cramped, lacking space for comfort. Some amenities were outdated, and despite the cleanliness, more frequent updates would enhance the experience. Breakfast options were decent, but a little variety would have been appreciated.

The room was irritatingly noisy due to street traffic, making it hard to sleep. The cleanliness was subpar. I noticed stains on the floor that had obviously been overlooked. Additionally, the staff wasn't responsive to my complaints, which added to my frustration during the stay.

Breakfast had solid options and the beds were comfy as a cloud. Plus, access to fantastic local spots like Wagamama and The Old Bell was just a stone's throw away!
